We run Spring and Summer programmes at some of the best boarding schools in the Country and in 2020 we hope to welcome over 4000 international students. As you can imagine, 400 students take some looking after and that’s where you will come in. It is no exaggeration to say that our teachers, activity leaders and welfare staff are the ones that make the centres tick and make the student’s really enjoy their stay with us.
We have a very staff high returner rate but we are always happy to receive new applications and offer an attractive package.

Contracts are usually 2, 3 or 4 weeks in length depending on location but extensions up to 6 weeks are possible dependent on student numbers, staff availability and manager recommendations.
AL’s lead activities and excursions as part of the centre activities programme and its their job to make them fun, safe and engaging for all. AL’s build a special relationship with the students as their supervisors, guides, entertainers and mentors that begins upon collection at the airport, and runs throughout their time with us.
The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high quality, engaging EFL lessons in conjunction with the Director of Studies and Dusemond Syllabus. Teachers also lead Activities and support with wider academic operations such as class administration, testing, grading & certificate preparation, and assisting excursions with educational input. Both residential and non-residential roles are available.
The Welfare Leader is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and safeguarding of students (in conjunction with the Welfare Manager). As the “bridge” between students’ home life and their involvement in the daily programme, you will live with students and support your extended “family” in all aspects of their campus life.
